  4. They provided a written contract that included an itemized materials list, scope of work to be performed, and the guaranteed  total cost of installing the new roof.  A copy of the company’s liability insurance was provided.

  5. They used the quality of materials as specified and made every effort not to be wasteful.

  6. When the job was completed, the only thing they left behind was a perfectly installed new roof.
